CUSTOM COLLECTION Designed Around Your Event Every event is unique. Our Custom Collection gives you the flexibility to create a rental package tailored to your guest count, event style, venue, and specific needs. Custom Collections start at $500. AVAILABLE RENTALS • Event Chairs • Round & Banquet Tables • Specialty Tables • Premium Linens • Chargers • Glassware • Flatware • Napkins • Luxury Throne Chair • Backdrops & Specialty Rentals • Additional Inventory as Available HOW IT WORKS 1. Tell Us About Your Event Complete our event inquiry form with your event date, location, guest count, and rental needs. 2. Receive Your Custom Proposal We'll review your information and create a personalized proposal based on your event and inventory availability. 3. Approve Your Proposal Your proposal will include your selected rentals, quantities, pricing, delivery, and pickup. 4. Reserve Your Date A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and rental inventory. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of your event. DELIVERY & PICKUP Delivery and scheduled pickup are available. Delivery within 30 miles is included when applicable to your approved rental package. Events beyond 30 miles are subject to an extended delivery fee of $2.00 per round-trip mile. PLEASE NOTE Luxe Events provides rental services only. Setup, styling, placement, and breakdown are not included. Clients are responsible for arranging setup and breakdown. All rental items remain the property of Luxe Events.
