GOLD COLLECTION Up to 100 Guests | $2,500 Our signature collection for weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and elevated celebrations. The Gold Collection combines premium seating, dining essentials, specialty pieces, and coordinated table settings for a polished event experience. PACKAGE INCLUDES Tables • 12 × 60" Round Tables • 2 × Long Banquet Tables — ideal for food service, desserts, gifts, or displays Chairs • 100 Event Chairs — style of choice based on availability Luxury Throne Chair • 1 Premium Throne Chair — perfect for the guest of honor, sweetheart table, or special photos Premium Drinkware • Champagne Flutes for up to 100 guests • Drinking Glasses for up to 100 guests • Coordinated glassware collection for an elevated presentation Silverware • Complete Gold or Silver flatware set for up to 100 guests • Forks, knives & spoons Table Linens & Napkins • Premium coordinated table linens • 100 Napkins • Available colors: White, Black & Ivory Specialty colors, premium linens, and additional upgrades are available for an additional fee. RENTAL EXPERIENCE Your package includes: ✔ Premium rental equipment ✔ Delivery & scheduled pickup ✔ Professional cleaning & sanitization Please Note: Luxe Events provides rental services only. Setup, styling, placement, and breakdown are not included. Clients are responsible for arranging and completing setup and breakdown. DELIVERY & PICKUP Delivery and scheduled pickup are included within 30 miles of our service area. Events beyond 30 miles are subject to an extended delivery fee of $2.00 per round-trip mile. Delivery and pickup times will be coordinated in advance based on availability and your event schedule. PAYMENT & RESERVATION Package Price: $2,500 + applicable Texas sales tax A 50% non-refundable deposit of $1,250 is required to reserve your event date and rental inventory. The remaining $1,250 balance is due no later than the day of the event. Your date is not considered reserved until the deposit has been received. CANCELLATION All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or text. • More than 7 days before the event: Deposit remains non-refundable. • Within 7 days: 50% of the total booking amount is due. • Within 3 days: Full balance is due. Eligible refunds will be processed according to the Luxe Events Refund Policy. RENTAL RESPONSIBILITY All rental items remain the property of Luxe Events. The client is responsible for rental equipment from delivery until pickup. Equipment may not be moved
