SILVER COLLECTION Up to 50 Guests | $1,750 Designed for weddings, showers, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and elevated celebrations, the Silver Collection provides a coordinated event setup with dining essentials, elegant table presentation, delivery, and pickup. PACKAGE INCLUDES Tables • 6 × 60" Round Tables • 2 × Long Rectangle Tables — ideal for food service, desserts, gifts, or displays Chairs • 50 Event Chairs — style based on availability Table Setting • 50 Charger Plates • Coordinated Glassware for up to 50 guests • Champagne Flutes for up to 50 guests • 50-Piece Gold or Silver Flatware Set • 50 Napkins Linens • 6 × Round Table Linens • 2 × Rectangle Table Linens • Available colors, textures, and styles based on inventory and event date • Specialty and premium linens may be available for an additional fee RENTAL EXPERIENCE ✔ Rental equipment ✔ Delivery & scheduled pickup ✔ Professional cleaning & sanitization PLEASE NOTE Luxe Events provides rental services only. Setup, styling, placement, and breakdown are not included. Clients are responsible for arranging setup and breakdown. DELIVERY & PICKUP Delivery and scheduled pickup are included within 30 miles of our service area. Events beyond 30 miles are subject to an extended delivery fee of $2.00 per round-trip mile. Delivery and pickup times are coordinated based on availability and your event schedule. PAYMENT & RESERVATION Package Price: $1,750 + applicable Texas sales tax A 50% non-refundable deposit of $875 is required to reserve your date and rental inventory. The remaining $875 is due no later than the day of the event. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received. CANCELLATION All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or text. • More than 7 days: Deposit remains non-refundable. • Within 7 days: 50% of total booking amount is due. • Within 3 days: Full balance is due. RENTAL RESPONSIBILITY All rental items remain the property of Luxe Events. Clients are responsible for equipment from delivery until pickup. Equipment may not be moved without prior approval.
