Full-Service Rental Experience Your rental package includes: ✔ Delivery of all rental items ✔ Professional setup by a team of 2–3 event staff members ✔ Event breakdown and post-event pickup ✔ Complete setup in approximately 2 hours Pricing Promotional Price: $1,200 (All-Inclusive) Original Price: $1,500 Includes: -Rental equipment -Delivery and pickup (within 30 miles) -Professional setup and breakdown -Clean and sanitization services Applicable sales tax Travel within 30 miles Additional Travel Fee: Events located more than 30 miles from our service area will incur an additional charge of $1.75 per mile. Cancellation Policy A 20% non-refundable deposit ($240) is required to secure your reservation. We accept cash and credit/debit card payments. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or text message. Cancellations within 7 days of the event: 35% of total booking amount Cancellations within 3 days of the event: 50% of total booking amount Any eligible refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
