Cancellation Policy

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. We accept both cash and card payments. All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or text) to be considered valid. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event will incur a 35% charge to the card on file. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will incur a 50% charge to the card on file. Refund eligibility for all other payments is outlined in our Refund Policy.
