Cancellation Policy A 20% non-refundable deposit ($240) is required to secure your reservation. We accept cash and credit/debit card payments. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or text message. Cancellations within 7 days of the event: 35% of total booking amount Cancellations within 3 days of the event: 50% of total booking amount Any eligible refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
